At West Wind
Village, we strive to enhance each
individual's life with professional and caring
services, and to help each resident achieve his or
her
highest potential.
We are a
Medicare and Medicaid certified facility
providing all levels of care: short term stays for
rehabilitative care, long term care and hospice
care.
The facility also provides services and
programs for special needs including respite care
and
the Rossberg Center (a secure unit for those
with
Alzheimer's or a dementia who need a
protected and calm environment). Services to the
community include Meals on Wheels.

West
Wind Village is located in west central Minnesota in the city

A resident's
day is enriched by a variety of
activities.
This includes group activities such
as
bingo, cards, current events, parties, special
music, hobbies; exercises and shopping. In
addition, many outings are planned throughout
the
year.
We pride
ourselves in our excellent food
service.
Our restaurant style setting, and
varied dining areas give residents quality
and
choice. Snacks are also offered throughout
the
day.

|
Our Pastoral
Care services provide spiritual care for all residents. This involves
personal
attention to
the individual needs of each resident. The chaplain works with local
clergy to
meet the
denominational needs regarding religious services and spiritual guidance
for our
residents. |
